The property is arranged as follows: on the ground floor, there is a kitchen and a living room with access to a private terrace. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot upon request, while the second has three beds.There are two bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom. The house is conveniently located close to all amenities, including bars, grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office and a church. It is also close to local public transport and offers private parking with an automatic opening system.

Das Haus hat zwei Badezimmer, eines davon ist ein Gäste-WC. Die Unterkunft liegt günstig in der Nähe aller wichtigen Einrichtungen, darunter Bars, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Apotheke, ein Postamt und eine Kirche.
